Contract Type: Permanent | Part-time

Working Hours: 16 hours per week

Salary: £15 per hour

Location: Ipswich is preferred, however, Manchester would be considered.

Savills Place is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for numbers, accuracy, and supporting business operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day financial management of our clients From processing invoices and handling financial records to assisting with reporting and reconciliations, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with budgets, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Supporting internal teams with finance-related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
