Megan focuses on place experience and customer engagement across prime commercial and mixed-use assets. Megan joined in September 2019 from The Northbank Business Improvement District, where she led the destination marketing and stakeholder engagement programmes. Prior to that she managed a roster of corporate real estate clients at a place-shaping PR agency.
Megan is part of a team passionate about fostering true connection between spaces and the people using them. Megan develops strategies with each site team to meaningfully engage customers to enhance their experience and drive awareness around community engagement and sustainability. Creating a strong and vibrant destination relies on understanding the sentiment of the customer, vision of the client, building performance targets (including environmental and CSR) and a team excited to curate and implement initiatives to achieve outstanding results. Megan is driven by the holistic value of ‘place’ and takes joy in supporting the development of this process and seeing places thrive.
