OBJECTIVE

Enhance stakeholder engagement, provide timely updates, foster community, to strengthen B2B communication and keep inline with the BIDs Business Plan.

APPROACH

Delivery of a 12-month B2B communication strategy for use by the BIDs team. Implement a comprehensive plan through a multichannel framework of monthly e-shots, quarterly printed newletters and weekly website updates, to connect with a diverse array of levy-paying businesses and effectively engage with stakeholders thoughout the five-year BID term.

RESULTS

A steady increase of engagement and awareness from LEVY-Payers and Stakeholders online and offline. BID schemes have an increasing positive interaction from the local business community.
