OBJECTIVE

To support The Crown Estate in delivering best-in class marketing services for customers at their retail and leisure destinations across the UK. To offer strategic support and guidance to the marketing managers based on-site, whilst delivering a range of marketing services ensuring consistency across the portfolio.

APPROACH

The Savills Place approach has been to provide a dedicated account team to work closely with the client on overall marketing strategy and to help translate this into site-based objectives to support the site marketing managers, Savills Place role is to ensure the site-based teams are regularly brought together to share best practice and feel part of a wider team and to maximise marketing ROI overall.

RESULTS

Delivery of successful, aligned marketing campaigns across the portfolio that drive footfall, increase spend and raise awareness of the brands, and The Crown Estate.
