To deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy for a portfolio of sites with a holistic approach.

APPROACH

Delivery of a 12-month Marketing Strategy for use by the client and retail and leisure site marketing managers. Process included; interpreting market research and previous year performance, identifying market opportunities, setting a strategy with smart objectives, production of a 12-month tactical plan template for use by site teams, budget setting and implementation of reporting processes.

RESULTS

A Marketing Strategy for each retail and leisure portfolio. Target profiles and objectives clearly outlined to ensure correct use of tactics, budget and resource.
