OBJECTIVE
To apply the new leisure portfolio branding to a cost-effective ‘hub and spoke’ website system, enabling a more efficient client-facing Content Management and Data Reporting System and providing a better front-end customer experience.
APPROACH
Utilising new branding created for the L&G leisure sites (provided by an approved partner), Savills Place worked to deliver 9 websites on one joined content management system, providing shared content where relevant and providing a quick, cost-effective system, to ensure the consumer facing websites reflected the new fun and family friendly narrative for each centre. The websites were mainly used to share the latest news, offers and showcasing the varied brands across leisure and F&B.
Savills Place organised work shops and regular check ins with the client to ensure the look and feel were in line with new brand guidelines whilst also ensuring the usability was in line with the behaviour of the current users.
