CREATION AND DELIVERY OF NEW BRANDING AND VISION

OBJECTIVE

Creation and delivery of a cohesive brand presence across the portfolio of retail sites.

APPROACH

We were appointed by the joint venture clients, Tritax and Delancey, to create branding for their MetroBox Portfolio of Retail Parks. The project was split into two phases:

Phase One: Investigate, Insight and Inspire

  • In depth research of each site including audiences, location, PESTLE and competitors;
  • Interviews, meetings and workshops with the client teams;
  • Creation of brand narrative, vision and values;
  • Creation of concepts, messaging and the toolkit.

    Phase Two: Implement and Interrogate
  • Roll out of branding across online (social media, website) and offline (wayfinding and signage);
  • Full marketing management including the strategy, content and creative.

RESULTS

Each Retail Park in the MetroBox portfolio now has a new brand and online presence driving awareness and footfall to each destination. Each site received its own:

  • Brand logo
  • Brand toolkit
  • Marketing strategy
  • Social media channels
  • Website
  • On-site wayfinding and signage
