BID Management
OBJECTIVE
To provide comprehensive support to the Board and operations team.
APPROACH
Our management service works on a bespoke basis and in this instance supports the Ilford BID in maximising delivery and ensuring that good governance and protocols are in line with the BID Regulations. Support provided includes overarching strategic guidance, governance advice, business planning, marketing and communication planning, campaign plans, human resource support, recruiting support, budgeting and finance resource. We also support with any recruitment and manage the operations team.
RESULTS
The Ilford BID has been supported for over a decade and three comprehensively successful BID ballots. The BID continues to bring in additional funding to supplement the BID levy and provide businesses with a real POI.
Ilford BID is one of a stable of BIDs for which bespoke management support is provided. The Directors and operations team all benefit from economies of scale, upskilling, knowledge sharing and learning. The BIDs are diverse in geography and nature, from city BIDs to coastal.
