Savills Place has been appointed to take over management support of the Fulham Broadway BID, becoming its 7th managed BID in London. Fulham Broadway BID is one of 66 BIDs in London and represents approximately 350 businesses within the area.

The Savills Place team will be working closely with the Fulham Broadway to implement a range of projects and initiatives as well as assisting with HR, finance and strategic support. The projects will focus on:

· Business benefits such as driving down operating costs & increasing businesses opportunities

· Place branding & marketing to promoting the area & building a world-class brand

· Delivering a year-round programme of high-quality events

Commenting on the appointment, Paul Clement, Director and head of place-shaping at Savills said “Now in its second year, we are committed to helping Fulham Broadway deliver the initiatives as set out in their business plan.
