Savills Place are delighted to announce the appointment of three new BID Managers.

Karen Pengelly (Epsom), Scott Rankin (Fulham Broadway) and Natasha Heaphy (Twickenham), pictured left to right, have all joined as BID Managers in their respective areas.

Karen Pengelly has experience in developing and managing the BID in Tunbridge Wells, whilst Scott has been involved with the Fulham Broadway BID as a levy paying business since its inception. Natasha is also familiar to many Twickenham BID stakeholders.

Karen said “The BID had a critical role to play in Epsom even before COVID-19. I am so excited to get started and ensure that we are the driving force in enhancing the trading environment for Epsom businesses”.

Scott added “This is clearly a challenging time for all businesses and my priority is to ensure that the BID provides businesses with the support that they need whilst looking ahead and planning for a more prosperous future”.

Natasha also commented “I am really looking forward to working with the Savills Place team and learning from them and the pool of BID Managers. The focus is on engaging with key stakeholders with a view to a strong recovery in Twickenham. The BID has a key part to play in this”.
