Purpose of the role

This position is formed of two roles which will be split equally with 2.5 days focused on each.

Buchanan Galleries Digital Marketing Exec: The first role is responsible for assisting in the operational delivery of centre marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives at Buchanan Galleries.

Savills Place Digital Marketing Exec: The second role is managing the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns across the wider Savills Place portfolio, working closely with our chosen digital advertising agency.

It will involve engaging with asset-level stakeholders including the centre team and operators, as well as key agency teams, developing strong relationships and fostering a collaborative culture.

Buchanan Galleries Digital Marketing Exec Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivery of group-level communications strategy at asset level.
  • Implement and deliver asset level communications and promotions calendar.
  • Support Marketing Operations by co-ordinating asset-level activity.
  • Lead on the marketing strategy planning and implementation in conjunction with the Savills Place Marketing Manager and LandSec Marketing.
  • Provide digital and social content for agency partner, including the development of engaging local stories.
  • Source econometric data, including monthly marketing/sales KPI reports, competitor activity, local information impacting centre performance, plus any other commercial indicators including (footfall, dwell, frequency, digital engagement etc.).
  • Contribute to reporting for the central team, show results of marketing activity and its impact on commercial KPIs.
  • Administer and process the raising of POs, invoicing and other necessary administration if required following the correct process.
  • Frequent visits to Buchanan Galleries.

Savills Place Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with our chosen digital marketing agency.
  • Work with each respective Marketing Manager to agree budget, brief and creative.
  • Work with the digital marketing agency on campaigns to deliver accuracy, optimisation and reporting.
  • Manage the associated Savills Place fee structure and deliver our annual target.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience


  • Strong customer service skills (including asset level operators, shoppers).
  • Adaptable and flexible, willing to support new technologies and innovations.
  • Collaborative and good team player.
  • Highly organised.
  • Proven ability to process and analyse KPI data.
  • Experience managing a P&L.
  • Experience of Google advertising and Google analytics: setup, optimisation, reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Excellent digital marketing skills.
  • Business or Marketing degree.


  • Experience working with new technologies and innovative ideas.
  • Familiar with invoices and PO’s.
